Journey Task status is not changing after Expiration Date
Hi Team,
We have a Journey (Checklist Template) with 3 tasks. Each task expiration is set to 60 days after Assigned Date.
Out of 3 Tasks, 2 Tasks have been completed before Expiration date, however one task is not completed and we are expecting the Task status should change to "Expired", but it is still showing as "Initiated".
Overall, Task and Journey status are showing as below. Are we missing anything from our side? Do we need to do anything to update the Task/Journey status?
Please suggest.
Tasks | Task Expiration set-up | JOURNEY_ALLOCATION_DATE | TASK_ACTUAL_START_DATE | TASK_ACTUAL_END_DATE | TASK_COMPLETION_DATE |
