Unable to Query Transactions using Receivables Inquiry Role

Summary:

We have created a custom read only role based on this document How to Create Read-Only / View Only Custom Role for Transactions & Receipts ? (Doc ID 2372533.1)

User is not able to Query Transactions & unable to click on the hyperlink of the transaction number which was greyed out using Receivables Inquiry Role. User is already having Data access set(BU, & Ledger).

We have configured Custom AR Inquiry role. All required Functional Policies, Role Hierarchy & DSPs are there is role

Also user is not able to query as it does not have magnifying glass icon on the right tab
