New hires- Benefits Enrollment Date Should be March 1st

Hi,

We had employees whose hired date is January 31. The expected coverage start date is March 1. However, our enrollment period end date is set to 31 days after event date and coverage start date is First of Next month. But for these employees, their coverage starts on April 1 instead of March 1.

Configuration set up for NEW HIRE LE

Enrollment Start date: As of Event

Enrollment End date: 31 days after event date

Coverage Start date: First of Next Month

Rate Start: Enrollment Start

Can someone kindly share how we can set this in Benefits Enrollment?
