Collections Delinquency Management no appearing in scheduled jobs list

Summary:

What exact role requried to run the above mentioned job? As currently i am not able to find the job in the scheduled jobs lov.

Very strange as i am having the admin roles and able to update the setup and also run the other relevent jobs.

Any insight into this would be highly appreciated
