Account address is not updated if account is changed
Summary:
Hello community,
We are noticing unusual behavior on the screen for creating work orders.
When we add the account automatically the address field is filled as shown in the image;
but if for some reason before creating the WO we need to change the account, the address is not changed and stays with the address of the previously selected account:
Is this an issue that you have already detected? is there anything you can do to correct it? or how can we correct it?
