I'm unable to reset my account password as I am not receiving the reset Email.
Summary:
Hi, I recently changed my account password, but my password manager didn't save it for some reason. The latest change was made around January 28th, 2025.
I tried to reset my password using the "forgot password" method, but I don't get the emails for some reason.
I spoke with tech support over the phone, but they said they don't handle free-tier accounts and redirected me to the live chat. The live support agent tried to send me a reset link, but again, to no avail.
I am the only user on the tanancy, which also makes me the admin.
