Dunning History always assigns full batch of letters to one customer
Hi,
We have noticed that when the dunning letters are produced and saved to Customer History within Collections, each time one customer has the entire batch (containing letters from all customer accounts in that batch) saved against them while all others only have their own dunning letters saved against their History.
It appears that this occurs each time but as some batches contain hundreds of letters I have not always been able to confirm this.
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if they have managed to resolve the issue.
At the moment out only workaround is to be aware of the issue and make sure that if we need to forward a Dunning letter to the customer from history it is checked prior to sending. If the history has been affected by the issue we have to use 'Print to PDF' to extract the required pages from within the document.
