Summary:

In PROD, after upgrade to new release is it required to run the ingest OSCS process (fa-hcm-jobapplication).
Since, we have had some issues on viewing the candidates list in Recruiting during 24D upgrade in PROD, and where as now in 25A we dont find any issue on viewing the candidate list.

So my ask is - Can please suggest the best practise on running the ingest process and is it needed for everytime we upgrade with new version in PROD.
