How Can we Create the Business Plan Panel Under Account Object of RedWoodUI

Summary: We know that Business Plan will be available soon but we are implementing RedWoodUI for most of the CX Sales object within the next 1-3 months. Account object is one of the first batch to be implemented and we are using the Business Plan as subtab in Claussic UI. We wanted to create panel that redirect it to the business plan object even if it is still on Classic UI. How could we do this?
