Are the answers in the Veteran Block hidden from Recruiters and Hiring Managers

Summary:

Currently, we are using a custom "Are you a Veteran" question with a simple "yes" or "no" answer located in the "Extra Info" section of the application. There is interest in utilizing the seeded Veteran Block in the application flow. Are the answers from the applicant hidden from the Recruiter and or Hiring Manager when they look at the completed application and are these answers purged if the applicant is dispositioned?
