Can completed Pending Actions be suppressed in Redwood ESS?

Summary: Previously, the pending actions tile in My Benefits would only show the pending actions that are still pending. In Redwood, it looks like it displays all of them, completed and pending. Actions still to be completed have a pencil to allow upload, and the completed actions don't have a pencil, but that is only obvious to the employee if both are there. Is there a way to hide the completed pending actions in the ESS? I looked in Self-Service Configuration, but the only option for Pending Actions was to allow employees to declare that they can't provide it.
