Inconsistencies in Source and Source Medium Mapping – Oracle HCM Fusion

Hi Oracle Community,

We have observed inconsistencies in how Source and Source Medium are categorized in Oracle HCM Fusion and would appreciate your insights.

  1. When a candidate applies through Indeed, the source is categorized under Referral Website instead of Job Board. Could you clarify why this happens?
  2. When a candidate applies directly through our career site, the source appears under both Referral Website and Career Site. What could be causing this duplication?
  3. When a candidate applies through a job aggregator site like Glassdoor, the source is categorized under Referral Website rather than Job Aggregator. Shouldn’t it be classified as a Job Aggregator instead? Also mentions Company career site?
