Summary:

I would like to know what is the best practice for a Probation Document that Includes Goals and should have a Mid Period and End Period Review.

I have come across this post that answers in some way my question

Nevertheless here it is mentioned that for the probation period to have 2 documents (Mid-Period and End-Period) which is not the most suited solution in my opinion. Hence in my case I need to have Performance Goals included so this means that one of the first thing the Line Manager and the new employee will do is to set up Performance Goals. These performance Goals will have to be fetch in the Probation document (which is feasible in standard). At the end of the probation period (9months) the employee receives a Overall Performance Rating then the Annual Appraisal Interview Document

Howdy, Stranger!
