Can an existing DFF attribute be moved to context sensitive

Summary: We have a DFF at expense line level and it was created without considering future implications as a standalone attribute. As business is expanding due to M&A we would like to check if this attribute can be moved as a context sensitive without making any changes to reports/integrations.
