Why are our published VB Studio changes disappearing from our lower environments?

We recently published business rule changes to the Skill and Qualifications, Talent Ratings, Talent Pools, and Succession Planning pages in one of our lower environments. We published to Main and they were in the lower environment. Last week, those changes disappeared. We thought another published branch may have wiped them out but we couldn't find any evidence of that. We were able to push them back into the environment from the Main Branch.

Fast Forward to today, those same changes have disappeared from the environment again. Except this time we have not published anymore changes to Main or the environment since we last restored the changes to those pages.
