Oracle SQM Initiatives – Changing Ex-Employees as Initiative Owners

Summary:

We use Oracle SQM for qualifications and initiatives. We utilize various types, complex questionnaires, qualifications, internal evaluations, etc.

Many -if not most- active initiatives, some have been going on for years as a part of yearly ESG requalification system, currently have an owner who is no longer employed at our company. We are talking of hundreds of initiatives.

Suppliers continue to reach out to these former employees via email, resulting in bounced messages and creating confusion. As Ex-Employees are initiative owners that they get notification "From" that person in the Fusion AND Email.
