Same Benefits Designation for 2 plans.
Summary:
We have a requirement where we need to ensure that the employee enrolls same dependents for 2 different plans.
For example:
We have Plan A and Plan B with family options. (Assuming that the employee has 1 spouse and 3 children)
If an employee enrolls the spouse and 2 children in Plan A, he should enroll exactly the same dependents for Plan B as well
How can this be achieved?
