Redwood - Succession Plan - Incumbent Selection Based on AOR

Summary:

We restricted incumbent user/data access based on the Area of Responsibility (AOR) assigned to each HR Business Partner (HRBP). For example, if an HRBP is responsible for the Accounting department's succession plan, they can only view colleagues within the Accounting department for incumbent entries. This restriction is enforced through the Data Security Policy associated with their role.

However, after enabling Redwood, the AOR restrictions are no longer functioning correctly. The HRBPs can now see all users in the organization for incumbent entries.
