How to Track Completed Manager Check-Ins in OTBI?

הHey everyone,

I've set up a Check-In template where managers fill out a questionnaire. There's no "Submit" button—only "Save." The customer wants an indication of which managers have completed filling out the form.

However, the field isn’t appearing in OTBI, and I also can’t see it in a BI Publisher report.

  • Manager Response Feedback is empty.
  • Last Update Date and Last Updated By don’t change.

n BI Publisher, the column MANAGER_QSTNR_DISCUSSED_FLAG always shows "N

Has anyone encountered this before? How can I track which managers have completed their check-ins? Any insights would be greatly appreciated! 😊
