Not able to view Active Negotiation through supplier portal

Hi,

We are not able to view the Active Negotiation from supplier portal. Also when trying to View Negotiation from Notification (Bell Icon) before Accepting the Invitation from Supplier login, we get below error.

You don't have access to this negotiation. Contact the negotiation owner if you believe you should have this access. (PON-2085842)
