    Redwood - completed checkmark behaviour

    Hi experts,

    Is the following expected behavior: when both the employee and the manager add comments and ratings (second goal), the goal is marked as completed with a green checkmark, while if only the employee adds a rating and comment (first goal), the goal does not have the green checkmark?
