Error creating Performance Document with custom role

Hi,

We have created a custom role for managing the Performance module. However, when a user with this role attempts to create a Performance Document, the following error appears:
"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information."
The issue occurs only for the custom role, while users with standard roles (e.g., HR Specialist) do not encounter any errors.
We have already compared the privileges between the custom role and the HR Specialist role but could not identify any missing privileges.
Could you confirm if there are any specific privileges or data security policy that need to be assigned to the custom role to allow users to create the Performance Document without errors?

Howdy, Stranger!
