We have a requirement to restrict Performance Goal and Development Goal notifications for specific users. Conditions in Messaging filters in BPM is not working as expected even after adding different conditions.

We have a requirement to restrict Performance Goal and Development Goal notifications for specific users. Conditions in Messaging filters in BPM is not working as expected even after adding different conditions.

The notifications are still coming through Bell and email notifications. It is only when absolutely no condition is applied, the Bell notifications are not coming through. User is still receiving Email notification though.
