Is it possible to get details on the records that are processed during the O365 Synchronization?

Would like to see the details for records that are touched when the "Microsoft 365 Instant Sync Job" & "Microsoft 365 Standard Sync Job" sync jobs complete. This will aid in gauging the #s of records affected and the specific records involved should we encounter issues to be able to help mitigate & update Users & clients.

Does something like this exist already by chance?
