not able to view warehouse in OFS to install required inventory item from warehouse resource.

Summary:

we have requirement, using warehouse resource we want to install required inventory on activities.

1- we have added warehouse resource in bucket and we added it as Resource Preferences on activity level still not able to view it on inventory page.

2- install button is not working.
