incident messages

I am creating a report and I need to be able to display all the incident messages for one contact.  Regardless of it was a private note, customer entry or response; I need to have the ability to display it.  We know the report wont be pretty but this will help our compliance department when they need to run a report based off of one contact.  Any help would be appreciated.
