Talent: Approval rule :When manager submits manager evaluation, Document should go to MOM (Manager of manager) approval.

• Once MOM approves, Document should go to second level manager approval .

• Once second level manager approves, Document should go for parallel approval to the approval group approval (Person 1,Person 2).

Condition: If "Person 3" is the second level manager approval, it auto approves and goes to approval group directly.
