Incorrect KPI Metrics in Teams Goal Center

In the Teams Goal Center page, the "Goals Not Started" KPI metric is displaying a count of 1, despite all employee goals being in one of the following statuses:

  • In Progress
  • Completed
  • Canceled

This discrepancy suggests that the KPI calculations are not accurately reflecting the actual goal statuses. Any idea how to fix?
