If medical coverage is waived, Tobacco/Tobacco User should not allow any option.
Summary:
If medical coverage is waived, Tobacco/Tobacco User should not allow any option (EE Only, EE and Spouse, Spouse Only) to be selected. This is a premium surcharge that is applied to the medical premium if enrolled in medical coverage. We do not charge the employee and/or spouse for tobacco use if not enrolled in a medical plan. How to create this requirement, and can it be created without FF?
