Issue with OSP Work Order Operation Status in My Maintenance Work Redwood Screen

Dear Team,

We are facing an issue with the My Maintenance Work Redwood Screen related to the OSP Work Order Operation Status.

Issue Summary:

  • We have created a Work Order with an OSP Standard Operation.
  • The Work Order has been marked as Completed successfully.
  • In the Redwood UI, the Work Order status is displayed as Completed at the header level, but the Operation Status still shows as Pending.
  • However, in the Classic UI, both the Work Order and Standard Operation statuses correctly show as Completed.

Request:

Please review the attached reference screenshots and investigate the reason for this discrepancy. Kindly provide insights on why the Operation status is not reflecting correctly in the Redwood UI and advise on the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
