Summary:

Hello Team,

We have a requirement to add a custom email address or HR Help Desk link under the "Need Help" option, which is currently available under the Me > Benefits page in Redwood.

We attempted to implement this using VBS; however, we were unable to locate a relevant section under the Benefits Summary > Workers Representative section.

Could you kindly confirm if it is feasible to add the custom link in this location at present 25A, or if there are alternative methods we could explore?
