    Summary:

    RSSP was newly setup to the live environment.

    The Purchase Requisition (New) tile is visible to some users but is not visible to others though both users have the same Advanced Procurement Requester role (with privileges to RSSP). Both users also have the same data access.

    How can we troubleshoot this?
