i need a view only role for purchase requisitions

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to configure a user in order to give it a role that makes it only see and search purchase requisitions, without giving it the possibility to manage, create, delete them

a view-only role, i gave it to the user but when searching for a bpa into purchase requisition area (even for the bpa it has a view-only role and it works) the user can add the blanket agreement to the cart and then create a purchase requisition.

I thought i could've solved the problem creating a sandbox and deleting the "add to cart button", but now we're implementing Redwood and sanboxes ain't working there.
