How do I turn of the automation of bar charts when the dashboard is refreshed?

Hello!

Ever since the BUI update 3.25.03.03-b0001 our reports and dashboards containing charts are being "reloaded" when refreshed.
I believe it's this change that has caused this: "BUI reports will render charts with a small animation to provide a modern look and feel."

How do we turn this off? The reason is that we have multiple reports that are being presented on screens around the office and these reports get refreshed every 5 seconds so it's very distracting for our staff so see the animation
