Hiring Tab not visible after enabling redwood

We have done a customization of adding Hiring as page under Me tab which is currently not visible after enabling redwood. In structure also, i have changed configuration of page to VBCS. Hiring Tab is visible to employee under My team and My client group with high access than our custom responsibility created for ME tab.

Anyone has idea for privileges which need to be added so Hiring tab can be made visible.
