Org Selection for Work Definition

hi Team,

When user is accessing work definitions page from quick actions, Org code and name are coming blank, this is causing an issue. We have recommended users to select the org from maintenance landing page and navigate to work definition and mange resources page. Is it by the design no org can be selected if we directly land in red-wood page.
