    Dependent Certification Type of Proof of National Identifier when enabled is not letting upload doc

    Hi,

    We have enabled the below certificates in Dependent Certification.

    1.Marriage Certificate

    2.Birth Certificate

    3. Proof Of National Identifier

    4. Legal Custody Certificate

    We have attached it to 'Open' life event in 'Dependent Designation' tab for Active program. After i make elections, i am asked to provide the documents and is sitting under pending actions, but i do not see a way to upload documents for 'Proof Of National Identifier' and 'Legal Custody Certificate' as system is giving just a below message.

    "Contact your benefits administrator for additional steps regarding this certification'. teh setup for all 4 documents is the same in D
