how to hide additional info section inside personal create new contact page

Navigation: Me→Benefits→Before you enroll→create contact→additional info section.

Requirement: to hide Additional Info section

I refer the similar post but this is for family-and-emergency-contacts

But we need to hide this section on manage-contacts page where unable to see business rule tab(screen shot below).

can we hide this section in manage-contacts page as well ?
