    • Why is UI not displaying already existing DFF Value on REQ when Value Set range is changed

    Summary:

    We have a REQ line DFF 'Project Task' to capture projects(years) based on table-based value set.

    Ex: Projects Task Values: 2023,2024,2025…… as you can see below

    Sometimes users are selecting the wrong project task from the search. Ex: In 2025, they are selecting 2023 Value or 2024 projects which is wrong.

    Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

    To avoid such user mistakes, we have modified the DFF table Value set to show projects belong to current year and future years (2025,2026….). Now for new transactions the DFF values shows 2025 and future year projects as expected.

    But at the same time a new issue occurred. For already existed REQs (Values already selected) with 2023 or 2024 projects selected, the DFF value doesn't show on UI anymore.
