    Hi,

    I have used FBDI and also a REST API to update the Profile Class on 5,000 Customer Sites.

    Example Profile Class Name = "Profile New"

    Once done, users have tested the following jobs against some of the related customers:

    • Process Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries
    • Collections Delinquency Management (Mode: ORA_FULL)
    • Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment (specifying different customers on the From and To Account Number fields)

    For some of the customers, the log file on the "Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment" the log file contains this, confirming a Strategy was assigned:
