Redwood Payslip for Inactive Employee Not Loading

edited Mar 26, 2025 4:25PM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 1 comment

Issue: Our Payroll Administrator (Keri) is trying to pull up an inactive employee's payslip in production but when she clicks on their name from My Client Groups > Payroll > Payslip > Search (with "Include Terminated Work Relationships" filter enabled): employee > Click, the screen shows a loading icon and does not move from there. We do not have this issue for our other Payroll Administrator, Amanda, in production (Amanda does have a few extra roles (Application Administrator)).

Troubleshooting: In TEST (which was refreshed Feb 24, '25), Keri is able to see the inactive employee's payslips. This tells me it's not a security issue since the security is the same in both TEST and Production. Keri believes the issue started happening with our Transition to Redwood. No error appears - just a loading icon. We have validated the issue across two machines, both in Chrome.

Howdy, Stranger!
