    How to use Career Interests field independent of Opportunity Marketplace

    Summary:

    Our Client has not subscribed to Recruiting module but wants to use/capture the Career Interests of the Employee which was previously part of Career development. Now we have enabled Opportunity Marketplace and have the option to add Career Interests, but it doesn't make sense to use the blank Opportunity Marketplace only for the sake of one field. Can you please suggest a way so that we can have Career Interests field in Person profiles and not in Opportunity Marketplace.

    Note: We tried Career Preferences option in Person profile but it does not give us a dropdown for current roles in the system to select and Business units as well.
