Possible to see comments on forwarded incidents?

Hi everyone

I have a report which shows incidents with the transaction type of Forwarded, and I have a column which shows the email address that the incident was forwarded to. However I wondered if it's possible to have a column which shows the content of what was written by the agent in the comments section when the incident was forwarded.

Any advice much appreciated
