How to Update field 'Plan' name in 'Additional Info Section' of contact in people to cover section

We have a requirement to rename the plan field in 'Additional Info Section' of contact in people to cover section. Earlier we used structure in sandbox(using edit page), the same personalization is not supported on the redwood page.

Navigation: Me>Benefits>Before You Enroll> Add Contact > Additional Info Section
