Object Boxes when editing Job/Position Profile

Our HR users are encountering the following boxes when they attempt to edit information in the Job/Position Profile Details in Redwood. They are able to see the information stored in this section but when they click the edit pencil icon they get these boxes instead.

What privilege/role are they missing to be able to edit the values?
