Hi there,

I was wondering if there is a report available somewhere within RightNow that would enable me to see the historical backlog per queue, per day. Now, I do use the backlog report which shows the total backlog and that is pretty much spot on, but as it doesn't specify open incidents per queue, I can't really use it for trend analysis that conveniently. I've attached a screenshot of the report I'm talking about and ideally I would love to be able to export a report like that, just per queue. I would like to use this report to supply our workforce manager with useful data.
