Benefits plans displays twice in Enrollments after evaluating Life Event

We are facing an issue described below.

  1. Evaluated Dependent Age Out LE ( or any LE) and Closed. ( Refer 4th screen shot).
  2. Evaluated Salary Change LE and Closed ( Refer 4th screen shot)
  3. Evaluated Admin Enrollment LE (or any LE) and notice plan names displays twice. ( Refer first 3 screen shots marked red).

Note : it is observed that plan names are displaying twice only after Salary Change LE is closed and then evaluated another LE. Refer last screen shot.

Salary Change LE set up - refer last two screen shots.

Please suggest possible resolution on this.
