Validate if Shortage check considers just on hand inventory, or available inventory in PS

Summary:

We are testing how shortage quantity is reflecting in On-hand inventory tab of PS. For this requirement, we have shortage quantity as 124, and we have created onhand of 60. We are able to see the onhand quantity in manage item quantities tab but not in PS even after did refresh and solve. Attached are the snapshots for your reference.

Also in another scenario, we have onhand quantity available is 100 and reserved quantity is 10 and shortage quantity is null for one below item. We have created multiple work orders with sum of total quantities more than 100, and did refresh and solve in PS. It ideally should show the shortage quantity in PS as we have demand of more than 100 now.
