    • Can delegation rule use PR requester as criteria?

    Summary:

    We are trying to add Delegation rule for a user A to delegation all this user' s PR task type approvals to user B. And we also trying to specify that if the PR requester is user B, then ignore delegation rule.

    Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

    We are able to setup the rule and use the match criteria to filter only PR tasks but seems the out of box matching criteria around user attribute can't help identifying the requisition requester. Based on our testing, none of the user options can specify the case when delegated to person (User B) is the PR requester.
