Line manager receives error when viewing talent ratings via quick action

Summary:

When the line manager goes to My Team, Quick Actions, Talent Ratings, the page opens and displays their direct and indirect reports. However once the manager clicks on a name the following error appears - 'Error Response during RestAction.

I have tried adding the seeded line manager role but the error still occurs and the talent ratings are not visible.

Talent ratings are visible and editable in the talent review area but not via the quick action.

Please advise how to resolve this error.
